Delivery Information

DELIVERY 

Orders shall be delivered only in Digital Code. We shall use email for delivering products to the buyer. 

  • Product Key will be delivered to your email after you complete the payment. We are not sending physical delivery.
  • The DirectGames does not provide the delivery of physical products i.e. boxes, sticker or DVDs. All products sold through DirectGames is digital. Buying is therefore very fast and easy with no shipping costs.
  • During working hours (including weekends), the codes you purchased will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail address within 90 minutes. If purchased during non-working hours, the delivery may be delayed until the next morning. 

We ensure assured Refund to you for the specific product ordered from the Website, when you seek the refund as per the terms of the Terms of Service of the Website. 

  1. Under certain conditions, (e.g. customer error when making order, incorrect card delivered) or any error in the ordering process, Refunds/Returns/Replacements are available for purchases in our online store. Please contact us to determine the eligibility for refunds and returns. Refunds are only processed after we are in receipt of an unused item. This process can take up to 5-7 working days after the sale 

  1. Due to the nature of the product (digital download), refunds cannot be given immediately, a time period of 5-7 working days is applied to insure that the item has not been redeemed by the previous customer. Refunds can take from 5-7 working days to show up in your account. 

  1. Replacement cards will be given to the equivalent value of the card initially purchased. 

  1. Returns will be accepted provided the product is in its unused condition and can be sold on. Being a digital product, a return will be investigated to insure the product code has not been redeemed. Unused products will be issued a full refund. 

  1. You acknowledge that if there are any account issues, the customer will be given the details of the appropriate service to contact. This will need to done by the customer themselves, and not by our customer support agent. 

  1. Refunds can only be authorised up to 7 days after purchase.
