- For repairing Steam Library you have to restart
your PC first.
- After that open the Steam and go to the Steam
Settings.

4th Method: Change
country/region of the Download
There are different regions present in the Steam content system and there
is an option of auto-detection by the Steam client to detect your location, in
which region your present and it will set this region as a default. Sometimes,
